It consists of three parts. rganizational learning is a useful tool for organizations to improve their performance and achieve optimal performance. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the impact of organizational learning on performance in this study. The statistical population consisted of employees of 9 branches of Iran Agricultural Bank in Tehran. According to Morgan table, 52 questionnaires were distributed among bank employees. The research method was descriptive-survey and data collection tool was a questionnaire. The purpose of this study was to investigate and explain the impact of organizational learning on performance through knowledge management mediation. Cronbach's alpha obtained from the total reliability of the three questionnaires was 0.970. Data analysis was done in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS 16 and Smart PLS3 software. Data analysis shows that organizational learning has a direct and significant positive effect on organizational performance and knowledge management. The results show that promoting organizational learning has an important role in shaping organizational performance improvement. Therefore, by improving the knowledge management and organizational learning of all employees, organizational performance improves.
